Zena Demirceviren
After an extensive culinary education and training in Europe, Zena started working at upscale restaurants and hotels in London and Istanbul. She started the first homemade, healthy food to corporations company. Others imitated this trendsetting idea while Zena's company became a major supplier to Unilever, Turkey. Due to high ingredient costs, their unstable market availability, and a major earthquake, she set-out for new horizons for her business. Falling in love with America and its challenges offered the perfect opportunity. In 2002, Zena started a wholesale cake and bakery products business in Riverton, NJ. She went into partnership with her best friend Grace. They are now highly regarded for upscale cake and dessert items. Their retail location incorporates classic, comfortable surroundings and has become a sought after breakfast and lunch destination. They will soon expand their hours of operation to include dinner and private catering parties right at their location. As if this wasn't enough, cookie decorating classes for children are conducted on weekends!
 
Grace Scheffler
Cooking  was always a passion, but never thought as a profession, until Zena asked her to work with her as her best friend. Grace is the most talented apprentice Zena has ever had, went beyond everybody's expectations, and became not only a great chef, but also a great pastry chef. She creates great food items for Zenas and bakes delicious cookies and desserts. Grace is responsible for big catering organizations and parties.
